Nick Spicer

Nick Spicer has recently been appointed Country Manager of Australia to
head up the new operation based in Sydney.

Now approaching his 15th year in the Financial Services and Transaction
Processing Industry, having worked previously for such organisations as
the ANZ Bank, EFTPOS New Zealand, Westpac Banking Corporation and
Certegy Ltd (now part of Fidelity National Information Services, Payment
Services Division (FIS)).

During his tenure at Certegy (FIS), he held the position of External
Technology Manager based out of their Birmingham, United Kingdom Office.
Providing solutions for such customers as Tesco, Total Petroleum, The
Whitbread Group, Harrods, Cineworld just to name a few.

Due to his recent appointment, Nick Spicer will now be presenting on
behalf of Direct Payment Solutions in place of Peter Santiago.

Mr Andy Cullen

Mr. Andrew Cullen is the founder of PC EFTPOS (developed in 1998) - the first integrated Windows POS / EFT-POS solution, for the Australian and NZ mass markets which was subsequently sold to the ANZ bank in a multi-million dollar deal.
Mr. Cullen then developed Payment Express (developed in 2000) – the next generation payment processing solution for ecommerce, EFTPOS, wireless and batch processing.

Payment Express provides payment processing solutions in Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Pacific Islands, South Africa, United Kingdom and North America.

In 2005, Mr. Cullen was invited by Visa International to present before a panel of acquirers and schemes on best practice, secure payment processing methodologies in Singapore.

Peter Santiago

Peter Santiago is presently the Solutions Architect at Direct Payment Solutions (DPS); Australasia’s most innovative electronic and mobile payment processing facility.

DPS develop Payment Express, the leading best practice payment solution provider currently used on ecommerce sites that include Qantas, Aussie Stadium and several city councils in Australia.

Some enterprise customers Mr. Santiago has recently worked with recently in providing industry best practice e-commerce payment processing solutions include TelstraClear, Vodafone, IAG and Whitcoulls.
